RANDOLPH, PRESIDING JUSTICE, FOR THE COURT:
¶ 1. Michael W. Crosby appeals the Complaint Tribunal's opinion and final judgment finding him in violation of Rules 1.3, 1.16, 8.1(b), and 8.4(a) and (d) of the Mississippi Rules of Professional Conduct, and issuing a public reprimand, based on his failure to file an appeal brief on his client's behalf, and for his failure to respond to the client's bar complaint.
