TRAGER, District Judge:
In this case we revisit the question of reconciling the proper role of the courts and of labor arbitrators where a claim is made that a labor arbitration award should not be enforced because it contravenes public policy. The fáetual context, nuclear safety, is one that this Court" has' not confronted before, and one which makes the issue more difficult than it otherwise might be.
