MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN FLOWERS, Bankruptcy Judge.
This ease presents two issues for decision:(1) Should the Defendant be punished for violating 11 U.S.C. § 362, the automatic stay provisions of the Bankruptcy Code?(2) Did the note and security agreement executed by the parties violate the provisions of the Truth in Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq., and Regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. § 226.1 et seq., promulgated thereunder?
