LANDRY, Judge.

This action in boundary was instituted by plaintiff, Charles A. Branch, to judicially determine the bounds separating a certain municipal lot owned by said plaintiff in the Town of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, from the adjoining property lying to the south thereof belonging to and occupied by defendant, Vivian Hinson, as her residence. Defendant filed exceptions of prescription contending (1) plaintiff’s action was barred by prescription of 10 years under the provisions of LSA-C.C. 825 and the ruling in Sessum v.
