This is a divorce case.

After approximately six years of marriage, R.S.G. (husband) filed a complaint for a divorce from G.G. (wife), alleging incompatibility of temperament and requesting, among other things, a division of property, an order establishing custody and visitation regarding their minor child, child support, and attorney fees and costs.
