Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Tioga County (Sgueglia, J.), entered December 28, 2005, which, inter alia, partially granted petitioner’s application, in two proceedings pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, for custody of the parties’ child.
The parties are the married parents of a daughter, born in July 2003.
