Plaintiff Frank Economides and his wife, Constandina, have filed this tort and breach of contract action for themselves and on behalf of their children, Vassiliki, Constandina, and Franciscos (hereinafter referred collectively as “the Economides”) against Defendants Carlton Gay and Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc. (“Dean Witter”).
