SEVERENS, Circuit Judge.
These are appeals taken from an order of the District Court adjudging the Christiansen Harness Manufacturing Company bankrupt. The first of these appeals is by the al*291leged bankrupt; the other is a cross-appeal by petitioning creditors. This cross-appeal is rested upon the ground that the court below, although it made the adjudication prayed, yet in its opinion held that some of the grounds urged by the petitioners therefor were not sustained.
