In a proceeding pursuant to General Municipal Law § 50-e (5) for leave to serve a late notice of claim, the petitioners appeal from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Roberto, J.), dated October 18, 1985, which denied their application for leave to serve a late notice of claim, and (2) an order of the same court, dated November 25, 1985, which denied their motion for renewal and reargument.
