This suit was brought to reform certain deeds. The pleadings and testimony are rather long and tedious, but we believe a clear conception of the essential issues involved can be obtained from the following relatively brief statement.
Prior to 1959 appellee, Rellie Culp Smith (hereinafter called Rellie) obtained title to 80 acres of land described as the SW % of the NE % and the NW % of the SE 14, Section 31.
