OPINION

2Per curiam

{1} Our Disciplinary Board recommended that attorney Claude Convisser (Respondent) be suspended from the practice of law for engaging in misrepresentations and the unauthorized practice of law in violation of our Rules of Professional Conduct. Neither Respondent nor disciplinary counsel were satisfied with the Disciplinary Board’s recommendation, and both sought review in this Court. After permitting supplemental briefing by both parties, and at the conclusion of oral argument, we announced our decision from the bench to suspend Respondent from the practice of law for one year, but…
