Appeals (1) from an order of the Surrogate’s Court of Albany County (Doyle, S.), entered September 27, 2011, which granted petitioner’s motion to, among other things, hold Daniel A. Ehring in civil contempt, and (2) from an order of said court, entered December 2, 2011, which directed Ehring to pay legal fees and costs.
