This is an action of ejectment for the possession of three hundred acres of land in Montgomery county, to-wit, the east half of the northeast quarter and sixty acres off of the east side of the west half of the northeast quarter in section 12, and the east half of the northeast quarter of section 13, in township 50, range 4, west; also the east half of the southeast quarter of section 12, township 50, range *1134, west.
