Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Plumadore, J.), entered May 13, 1992 in Franklin County, which dismissed petitioner’s applications, in two proceedings pursuant to RPTL article 7, to review determinations of respondents regarding petitioner’s 1989 and 1990 real property tax assessments.
