MEMORANDUM OPINION

DUNCAN W. KEIR, Bankruptcy Judge.

In this adversary proceeding, Creditor GAF Linden Employees Federal Credit Union (“GAF”) seeks a determination of the extent and priority of the lien which it alleges to hold upon a 1993 Ford Ranger XLT truck. The relevant facts are not in dispute. GAF asserts a secured claim in this case based upon a note executed by the Debtors. To secure the note obligation, the Debtors granted a security interest in the truck.
