This matter came before the court on May 1, 2009 for a hearing on Northern Natural Gas Company’s motion for preliminary injunction. The motion seeks an order allowing Northern to test four gas wells operated by defendant Nash Oil & Gas, Inc., to determine if Nash’s wells are producing Northern storage gas.
