WILKINS, Circuit Judge:
Appellant LaFrances Dudley O’Neal challenges her conviction for conspiracy and bank fraud stemming from a scheme to obtain mortgage loans using straw purchasers, false loan applications, and forged appraisals. 1 Following O’Neal’s conviction, the District Court imposed a sentence of forty-eight months’ imprisonment plus supervised release and restitution. The challenge to O’Neal’s conviction turns on two evidentiary decisions made by the District Court.
