This is an interlocutory appeal from an order granting a plea to the jurisdiction in an employers liability insurance coverage case. Our principal issue concerns whether, as the district court concluded, the Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation (“the Division”) 1 has exclusive jurisdiction over a dispute concerning the coverage period under an employers liability insurance policy.
