MEMORANDUM ORDER
HON. LEONARD P. STARK, UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE
Pending before the Court is the untimely Letter Objection (D.I. 22) filed by pro se appellant Erie S. Campbell with respect to the Report and Recommendation issued by Chief Magistrate Judge Thynge on June 30, 2017 (D.I. 21). For the reasons set forth herein, the Court will overrule the Letter Objection, adopt the Report and Recommendation in part, and dismiss the appeal with prejudice.
