It is not contended that there were any irregularities in the order of probate, but it is contended that the will was not executed in conformity with the statute. The judgment which was entered upon the verdict merely states that the document claimed to be and offered as the last will and testament of the decedent is not her last will and testament. Although the grounds of the judgment do not appear in the entry, it does appear by a statement of counsel that the court found that the will was not signed at the end thereof.
