Bissot v. State

George Bachtel. and Arthur Bissot were indicted for the murder of George J. Carney. The indictment contains two counts. The first for murder in the first degree, and the second for murder committed in the perpetration of a burglary with intent to commit larceny. Motions to quash were made to each count, and overruled. Bachtel pleaded guilty.
