This, is an appeal from a judgment entered in favor of respondent in the court below. The transcript on appeal consists of the judgment roll in the cause made up in the district court of Weber county, Utah, together with a number of exhibits used at the hearing, the notice of appeal, and an impecunious affidavit in lieu of a cost bond on appeal.
