Plaintiffs Sonoco Products Company (“Sonoco Products”) and Sonoco Canada Corporation (“Sonoco Canada”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) filed this lawsuit alleging that Defendants, various insurance companies, failed to insure Plaintiffs for a loss covered under two separate polices. This matter is before the Court on Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss, which seeks the dismissal of Defendant ACE INA Insurance (“ACE INA”) under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2) and 12(b)(5), and seeks the dismissal of the entire action pursuant to the doctrine of forum, non…
