Appellee, A. C. Haskin, is a real estate broker at Mountain Home, Arkansas, and appellant,1 Bichard Ahrens, owned and operated an ice manufacturing plant and cold storage locker plant in said location. Appellant entered into an oral non-exclusive listing agreement with appellee, whereby appellee was to sell the property and receive a commission of five per cent.
