Appellants were convicted of robbery in the circuit court of the second district of Jones County, Mississippi, sentenced to the penitentiary for a term of ten years each, and both appealed. They assign as errors, overruling by the trial court of a motion for continuance; refusal to exclude the State’s testimony at its end, as not establishing the corpus delicti; and overruling motion for a peremptory instruction of acquittal at the end of all of the testimony.
