Appeal from an order of the Surrogate’s Court of Greene County (Pulver, Jr., S.), entered December 13, 1999, which, inter alia, ordered that petitioner submit proposed let*731ters testamentary and a proposed probate decree in order to admit to probate an instrument proffered as the last will and testament of decedent.
