On December 18, 1918, appellants, Anxier Coal Company and Anxier Coal and Mining Company, filed this suit in the Floyd circnit court against appellees, the Big Sandy and Millers Creek Coal Company and L. Blenkinsoff, trustee, wherein they sought an injunction restraining and enjoining appellees from selling or disposing -of the mining equipment and materials on a tract of land in Floyd county.
