concurs in the syllabus and, for the reasons set forth in this concurring opinion, in the judgment of reversal and remand of the cause for new trial.

I do not wish to express an opinion relating to all issues which might be raised by the “safe place statutes” (R. C. 4101.01 eJ seq.), assumption of risk, or the correctness of interrogatories, but shall try to limit my concurrence to those issues as they relate solely to the facts of this ease.
