OPINION

QUIST, District Judge.

This case involves an oral contract between an automotive manufacturer’s sales representative and a company that it represented. The representative filed a four-count complaint alleging that it was not paid commissions pursuant to the oral contract. After the representative presented its proofs to the jury, the district court granted the defendant’s directed verdict on all four counts.
