¶ 1. This is a review of an unpublished court of appeals opinion and order reversing the judgment of conviction and post-conviction order of the Circuit Court for Clark County, Jon M. Counsell, Judge. The court of appeals remanded the cause for a new trial. We affirm the decision of the court of appeals.
