Appeal from the Chancery Court of Pike. Heard before the Hon. William L. Parks. Tiie bill in this case was filed by the appellee, Mrs. A. A. Collier, a married woman, against the appellee, M. N. The bill in this cause was filed to remove an alleged cloud upon the title asserted by complainant to certain lands described in the bill, and to enjoin the execution of a writ of possession for the land by respondent issued upon a judgment in ejectment obtained by him against one Hayes, who was, at the time of the rendition of the judgment in the possession of the land. On the final hearing, the bill was dismissed and this appeal is prosecuted from that deeree.
