MEMORANDUM

GASCH, District Judge.

Currently before the Court is plaintiffs’ application for an award of attorneys’ fees and costs. For the reasons stated below, plaintiffs are awarded $25,743.75 in fees and $80 in costs.

I. THE FACTUAL BACKGROUND

This case concerns a notice mailed by the Department of Health and Human Services to Supplemental Security Income (SSI) recipients.
