| plaintiff, Willie Mae Ambrose, appeals the trial court’s judgment dismissing with prejudice her suit against the City of New Iberia for damages suffered as the result of a fall.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

On December 4, 2001, Plaintiff alleged she tripped when her shoe became lodged in a broken portion of street curbing along Louisiana Highway 675, also known as Hopkins Street, in New Iberia, Louisiana.
