BALTZELL, District Judge.

The appeal in this case challenges the correctness of a decree of the District Court dismissing for want of equity a bill charging the infringement of certain claims of letters patent of the United States marked “reissue No. 15,-687,” the original letters patent being No. 1,420,828.

The patent in suit relates to a reference guide showing comparative parcel post and express rates, by which a shipper by parcel post or express may determine the respective rates applying, and may make instant and direct comparison of same to determine which of the two services — i. e.,…
