The plaintiff in error sued to recover the amount of the damage alleged to have been sustained from personal injuries suffered by her as the result of a fall into a ditch in a street of the city- of Macon. At the close of the testimony introduced in behalf of the plaintiff, a motion for nonsuit was made and sustained, and a judgment entered dismissing the case. This judgment is before us for review.
