I. INTRODUCTION

Appellant Gilberto Lerma Torres appeals his conviction for misdemeanor driving while intoxicated ("DWI"), which was enhanced by a prior DWI conviction. A jury found him guilty, Appellant pleaded true to the enhancement, and the trial court sentenced him to 210 days' confinement in the Denton County Jail and suspended his driver's license.
