WELBORN, Commissioner.

This is an action to establish a purchase money resulting trust in 120 acres of real estate located in Jefferson County, Missouri. (We will refer to the parties as they appeared in the trial court.) The plaintiffs, William P. Dougherty and William L. Smith, claim to have furnished the money for payment of the purchase price of the property. Title to the property was taken in the names of the defendants John R. Duckworth and Rosemary Duckworth, his wife.
