The sole question in this ease is what is the extent and value of the community .after the payment of its debts. Much of the argument of counsel was addressed to a discussion of the law regulating the community rights of the spouses in Louisiana and free reference has also been made to the laws of Spain and of France with a view to determine the exact nature and extent of the rights of the parties to this litigation. However interesting and instructive such discussion of foreign laws may be, the law of Louisiana is too positive and well settled…
