WIGGINTON, Judge.
This appeal seeks reversal of a final judgment in habeas corpus by which appellant, as petitioner in the trial court, sought physical possession óf his two minor grandchildren.
Appellant is the maternal grandfather of the two minor children involved in this proceeding, whose parents were killed in an automobile accident that occurred in the State of Ohio. After the minors were hospitalized following the accident, they were taken into temporary custody by an uncle and aunt living in the city where they were receiving medical treatment.
