The appellant-plaintiff, State of Indiana,
appeals from the judgment of the trial court sustaining the appellee-defendant, Dossett’s, motion for a judgment on the evidence on Count II of the information charging Dossett under Indiana’s habitual offender statutes. IC 1971, 35-8-8-1 — 2 (Burns Code Ed.).
