Appeal from that part of a decree of the Surrogate’s Court of Schenectady County, entered January 31, 1975, which construed the will of decedent Oscar F. Junggren so as to provide that the corpus of the trust established by the fourth paragraph of decedent’s will be distributed in equal shares to the respondents. The question presented on this appeal concerns the proper distribution of the corpus of a trust established by the will of the testator-settlor Oscar F. Junggren.
