This matter comes before the Court on the Demurrers of Third Party Defendant Newgate Management Corporation (Newgate). The underlying cause of action in this litigation involves a claim by Plaintiff Allen Harvey Shaw (Shaw) against Defendants and Third Party Plaintiffs Sean Enterprises, Inc.
