This is a review of a denial of Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”) by Carolyn W. Colvin, the Acting Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”). Plaintiff Wanda Albano (“Plaintiff’) commenced this action pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), seeking judicial review of the Commissioner’s final decision denying her application for DIB.
