SUMMAR Y JUDGMENT

Leland taylor and thirty-three other property owners1 similarly situated (Plaintiffs) seek damages from the Northwest Florida Water Management District and the State of Florida (Defendants) for the removal of the Dead Lakes Dam in Gulf County, Florida. The Plaintiffs’ theory of recovery is based upon the doctrine of inverse condemnation.
