The defendants are the partnership of Goudchaux's and the individual members thereof, Bernard Goudchaux and Harry Goudchaux. In June, 1938, the plaintiff company, through its Vice President, R.H. Casey, entered into a verbal contract with the defendants to install an air conditioning or ventilating system in their store located on Main Street in the City of Baton Rouge.
