KEITH, Circuit Judge.
The Plaintiff-Appellant, the United States Government, appeals the district court’s order granting the Defendant-Appellee, Ron-dell Bates’, motion to suppress evidence obtained during the execution of a search warrant. For the reasons stated below, we AFFIRM the decision of the district court.
