The defendant in error has filed herein a motion to dismiss the appeal of plaintiff in error Oklahoma Producing & Refining Corporation, on the ground that a motion for -a new trial was not filed within three days after judgment was rendered, and that notice of appeal within 10 days after the judgment was rendered was not given. The defendant in error has also.filed a motion to dismiss the appeal of plaintiff in error Lillian S. Cameron, for the reason that a joint judgment was rendered against Lillian S. Cameron, A. A. Cameron, and Otho T. Gilbertson, and case-made was not served…
