Timothy Crow was convicted of the sale of intoxicating liquors without having a permit, and the penalty adjudged was a fine of $100 and imprisonment in the county jail for 30 days. He appeals to this court, and complains that the trial court erred in charging the jury. Most of the criticisms upon the charge are not sufficiently specific *663to require attention.
