T1 A Weld County grand jury indicted petitioner, Thomas Fallis, for second degree murder of his wife. The trial court released petitioner on bond and he is currently at liberty. Petitioner asserts that one of the bond conditions imposed-that he remain in Colorado during the pendency of this erimi-nal case-constituted an abuse of the court's discretion and unconstitutionally interfered with his right to parent his children, who are now in Indiana.
