Holland-West Ottawa-Saugatuck Consortium v. Holland Education Ass'n

Respondents appeal as of right from a ruling of the Michigan Employment Relations Commission that the consortium composed of the three petitioner school districts was the public employer of adult education teachers for purposes of the collective bargaining unit. We affirm.
